Subject: Great Chocolate!
Dear YC Chocolate folks;
I've been a physician for over twenty years, and a Type 1 diabetic for
the last five. I've always loved chocolate, but have been less than
satisfied with what sugar-free products were on the market. I taught
myself how to make really good chocolate ice cream using imported cocoas
and Equal sweetener, even bought a little ice cream freezer. But ice
cream is just not the same as a good chocolate bar.
I was really happy to discover Guylian sugar-free chocolate a few years
ago, but was really knocked out when I ordered a few of your bars from
EChocolates.com last month... there is no comparison. Yours is truly a
wonderful, quality chocolate... the best I have had, with or without
sugar. Last week I introduced our office manager to YC Chocolate bars
(she's a gestational diabetic, and really misses her chocolate).
Please keep up the good work. (I look forward to trying some of your
dark bars with orange bits!)

people who are diabetic and currently use sucralose-sweetened products
(we stay away from this) and will recommend your chocolate; it's

Everything people say about your product is true. My husband and I have been on the
Atkins diet since August of 2004. We were frustrated by the other sugar free chocolates
on the market because the chocolate flavor just didn't come through. Yours is the first
product we've come across that truly has a delicious and full bodied chocolate flavor.
We have been able to purchase your product from the Fred Meyers stores up until now.
Unfortunately, it seems they may be dropping your product from their stores. While I can
purchase from you direct, I hate to see a large corp. drop your product.
I will continue to spread the word among my friends, and hope your company continues to
expand.

I love this sugar-free, low carb chocolate! I was very happy to find it
two years ago in the Health Food store on my steet but they only carry two
flavors: dark and milk chocolate, so I looked them up and found their web
site. I had a box of assortments delivered and I love the almond milk
chocolate. My husband and my son are very found of it too. It is delicious,
creamy and a great alternative for people like me who have a bad reaction to
