OUR NO SUGAR ADDED ALMOND BUTTER CRUNCH-EACH DETAIL FINELY FINISHED –
Almonds are freshly roasted to toasty perfection just before crushing and
surrounding our thinly pulled buttery-crunch center.
How do we test our almonds for the perfect color and snap?....We carefully slice
through several red hot nuts throughout the batch when we believe they have
achieved the ultimate balance of crunch and toasty taste. The almonds with which
we make our buttery-crunch are only the very best almond varietal, Nonpareil
Supreme Almonds out of California's central valley. Beautifully brimming with all
their nutritious qualities, we receive them raw and whole. dry-roast carefully to
accentuate their “nutty characteristics” and quickly...quickly, cool and crush into a
large grind that allow you to actually see and taste LOTS of them. Our 50% cocoa
milk chocolate (without sugar) drenches each thin buttery slice of crunchy
sweetness. Then, each piece is individually hand-coated “ALL AROUND” with our
crushed almonds. Well, there you have it! How much better can any sweet nutty
piece be zealously created?
